Nehemiah and his people face growing opposition and skepticism as they rebuild.  This opposition causes Nehemiah to spring into action and begs the question: doues God really help those who help themselves?

Passage: Nehemiah 4:9-18

This Sunday, Pastor Kevin will pause our current series to address the recent tragedies of hatred and violence impacting our nation. Looking to Jesus’ words in the Sermon on the Mount, we’ll be reminded of His call to love our enemies and consider how we can faithfully live this out in our own context.

Doing God's work can be challenging - especially when the critics get loud. In Nehemiah 4, we see how God's People responded when the opposition grows against the rebuilding. Join us this Sunday as we uncover what is takes to stand firm when adversity threatens to derail God's calling. Passage: Nehemiah 4:1-9.

Nehemiah 3 is more than a list of names—it’s a roll call of ordinary people who stepped up to rebuild God’s city. Each name marks someone who took their spot on the wall, shoulder to shoulder, for God’s mission. This Sunday, we’ll discover why your name matters in God’s work, too.

This Sunday, we return to our journey through Nehemiah. As Nehemiah enters Jerusalem, he’s confronted with the reality of the ruined walls—what he had only heard about is now painfully visible. The question looms: is the task ahead bigger than he imagined? Nehemiah’s response, along with those around him, offers us vital insight into how we face crisis and answer God’s call in challenging times.
