Back to Basics: Eye for Eye

The world can be a ruthless and violent place.  Turning on the news or reading world history is a quick reminder of this harsh reality.  Still, what are God's views on violence?  In Jesus' famous Sermon on the Mount, He told listeners, "turn the other cheek."  How can this teaching be lived out today?
